Service Description

A very special 1 hour zoom class coming to you directly from Bali. This class will be inspired by the many and varied classes that I have done during my stay so far in Bali. There will be an emphasis on twists and the breath to encourage the body to detoxifty itself, some hip opening to alleviate tension and create space and an optional inversion to round off this sweet, suitable for all, practice.
