Retreat ... to our place

Service Description

This will be a wonderful opportunity to gather together in an environment which is sacred to us - our home. Cliff and I loved teaching on our recent Greece retreat and we want to create a little of that magic again from our beautiful garden. However, if the weather is not suitable we will take the retreat into the studio at CYS. The Retreat will revolve around the word Trust. We will explore Mantra, a slow supine and seated start, a chance to practice yielding into others and the space around you, time for reflection, repetitive vinyasa sequences to step into the slip stream of flow, trust exercises, opportunities for inversions and restorative postures.
