A workshop towards arm balance

Service Description

A 2 hour workshop leading towards various arm balancing postures. We'll spend the first 45 minutes in a class type environment warming the body up, and focusing on opening the hips and strengthening & opening the shoulder girdle. The rest of the session will be workshop style and we'll play around with various techniques that will help move towards Bakasana, Tittibasana and Eka Pada Koundinyasana. We'll then finish the session with a supported Savasana.
