Service Description

This will be a very special yoga retreat held in a stunning house in the Peloponnese area of Greece. The vision for this retreat is very much a coming together of students and friends to spend time in a stunning location doing what we love to do. Lorna Yoga will be hosting this retreat however, her husband Cliff (also a yoga teacher aka Stiff Cliff), will be on hand to offer yoga to anyone who has not practiced before or feels they want a more gentle practice. A rough daily schedule will look like this: 0800 Vinyasa Flow Yoga (90 /120 Minutes) to include Dynamic Asana, Pranayama and Meditation, 1100 Brunch, 1200 Free Time, 1700 Slow Flow to include Asana, Pranayama, Restorative Postures, Meditation & Yoga Nidra (60/90 Minutes), 1900 Dinner. During the free time there are lots of sun beds and umbrellas dotted around the property, around the pool, down by the beach for lazing in the sun, reading a book, listening to a podcast or just chilling and chatting. There are paddle boards, boats and canoes available for use on the property and a tennis court for those who want to be more active. We can also help to arrange day trips to Hydra which a beautiful island just across the water and Ermioni is the local town which is a 10 minute drive away where you can have a mooch, get a coffee / ice cream. The house has 6 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and if required a triple / quad room which is of an inferior quality to the others but I am including it as an option so the retreat is accessible to those on a smaller budget. All rooms are ensuite and have air conditioning. Maximum number of students will be 16 so a nice intimate environment but held in a venue with huge amounts of space giving students the option to either be with themselves or, when it suits them, with others. A yoga retreat is a life enhancing, energy shifting, total body / mind reset and the positive impact of a week eating healthy food, practicing all aspects of yoga and taking much needed time for yourself cannot be underestimated.
